Step 1:

1. Go to your nearest local police station.

2. Ask for Cyber section in that station.

They will provide you a CSR (Community Service Register).

Step 4:

Take a Xerox copy of the CSR & the complaint letter.

Step 5:

Search for the Cyber Cell in your district.

Normally 1 to 2 cyber cell is present in a district.

Step 6:

1. They will provide another form.

2. We have to fill that form.

3. In case, you have lost your money then the complete

transaction copy needs to be attached.

4. Transaction, you can download it from Net Banking.

Step 7:

After giving some time, you can ask for the update.

Beware of Frauds

Some online websites are there, which give assurance like they will get back your amount but don’t believe them.
